How a DEERLY'S order travels
- PrintingDay 0–7
Your shipping label is created the day you order. Then we print your piece. Tracking stays quiet during this step.
- Flying to the U.S.+2–3 days
You'll see "Yanwen", "Port of departure" or "Export / Import release". That's our shipping partner and U.S. customs.
- With USPS+about 5 days
USPS may show "Awaiting Item" until the package reaches them. That's normal.
- DeliveredDay 12–16
Most shirts arrive 10–18 days after ordering. Phone cases arrive in about a week.
Problem with this order?
It says delivered, but I don't have it
- Carriers sometimes scan a package early. Give it 48 hours.
- Check your mailbox, porch, back door and parcel lockers, and ask your neighbors.
- Still missing after 48 hours? Email us and we'll work with the carrier to find it.
Tracking hasn't changed in days
For up to 7 days after you order, your piece is still being printed. Once USPS has it, email us if nothing changes for 5 days.
Email us about trackingDelivery failed or it's going back to us
Email us within 3 days with the correct address. We'll work with the carrier to get it to you.
Email us about a failed deliveryPart of my order is missing
Phone cases and shirts ship as 2 packages, each with its own tracking number. Check your inbox for a second shipping email. If your order had no phone case, email us.
Email us about a missing itemWrong item, wrong size, or a print defect
If we made a mistake, we'll send the right one. Email us a photo of the item and the label inside.
