    When will it arrive?

    Every piece is printed for you after you order. Most US orders arrive in about 2 weeks (usually 10–18 days), with tracking.

    Shipping is free on orders over $60.

    Which size should I get?

    Our fit runs relaxed, with long arms. If you’re between sizes, size down.

    Compare the size chart with a shirt you already own.

    Is it cotton? Will it be hot?

    It’s a light woven polyester (170 gsm), not cotton. It breathes, dries fast and resists wrinkles, so it looks good after a day on the water.

    Will the print crack or fade?

    No. The print is dyed into the fabric, not layered on top, so there is nothing to crack or peel. Wash cold and skip the iron to keep colors sharp.

    What if it doesn’t fit?

    Email us right away if you picked the wrong size. Changing it before your order goes to print is free.

    Already received it? Send us your order number and a photo. We look at every case and work with you to get the right fit, often without you sending anything back.

    What if something is wrong with my order?

    If we send the wrong item or size, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it at no cost.

    Can I talk to a real person?

    Yes. Email info@thedeerly.com. A real person on our team reads every message, and most get a reply within a day.
